Support Worker - Diss
We have job vacancies for Support Workers at our Diss office. We are looking for caring individuals to join our excellent team.

The Job Role:
- Assisting with Personal Care – bathing, washing, toileting and dressing.
- Meal and Drink Preparation.
- Medication Administration.
- Moving & Handling Support – hoist, stand aid etc.
- Social Support – support to access the community, shopping etc.
- Light Domestic Tasks.
